Mama Vee’s journey to finding peace in nature started with a longing for a self-sufficient life, far from the city’s chaos. She initially lived in an old school bus, but as her family of dogs and cats grew, she realized she needed more space.

A kind neighbor gifted her an old travel trailer, once dismissed by some as “ugly,” but it soon became her sanctuary. With the help of friends Jamie and Kevin, Mama Vee transformed the worn-out trailer into a comfortable haven. Together, they cleaned, remodeled, and stocked it with everything needed to create a cozy home.

Grateful for this fresh start, Mama Vee envisioned a peaceful life in the wilderness, tending her garden and embracing the solitude. “The trailer represented a new chapter,” she reflected, filled with optimism.

As she settled into her new home, Mama Vee felt a profound sense of gratitude toward her friends and the generous neighbor who made it all possible. That night, she fell asleep “full of thanks for the present and hope for the future.”
