Kid Rock’s Drunken Rant: No Apologies for Telling Joy Behar and Oprah Winfrey to “F**k Off”
During a 2019 drunken rant at his honky-tonk bar in Nashville, Kid Rock was captured on stage saying “F*** Joy Behar” and “F*** Oprah Winfrey.” Recently, during an appearance on “Tucker Carlson Originals” on Fox Nation, he announced that he stands by his words.
When asked about the incident by Tucker, Kid Rock stated that he wouldn’t apologize and that “a drunk man’s words are a sober man’s thoughts.” He went on to say that he still thinks the same about both Behar and Winfrey, and that he is not a fan of the latter.
Kid Rock also joked about a mistake he made during his rant, saying that he was actually trying to go after Kathy Griffin for holding up Trump’s head, but ended up mistakenly saying “f*** Kathie Lee Gifford” instead.
This behavior is in line with Kid Rock’s persona, as noted by Fox, who mentioned that his recently released album, “Bad Reputation,” includes lyrics attacking various media personalities and social media platforms. Kid Rock’s concerts also feature a video montage of middle fingers pointed at Joy Behar and others.
It is clear that Kid Rock has no intention of apologizing for his drunken outburst and that his behavior is in character for the controversial rock star.
